Digital Download Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, software, courses, eBooks, and other digital content, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product.
- You did not receive access to the product due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described.
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Unauthorized Sharing
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only (unless otherwise stated). Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.
